Dry leaves and fallen flowers.
Abandoned houses and broken towers.
Shattered life, disoriented soul.
Aimless life, without any goal.
These are the things disappointment can give.
This will be the life with which one should live.
One may feel grounded with this thought.
Yet this battle, with self has to be fought.
Living may seem worthless, and all the efforts futile,
But only if we live, the bad days will go by.
Falling doesn’t mean approach of the end.
There still can be ways by which we can mend.
Looking for opportunities, options and ways.
Working for the future and brighter days.
Staying with life, come what may,
And sticking with hope is what eventually pays.
The bad days will come and go.
Disappointments will cast their shadow.
Love could feel lost, and life would feel low.
But if you are strong within,
You shall live to see a better tomorrow!
